SaaS MVP Builder

PROJECT CONTEXT:
I am building a SaaS product from scratch with an AI builder and need a complete working MVP.

GOAL:
Ship a working SaaS MVP: landing page, auth, one core feature that delivers value, and a paid-plan placeholder.

REQUIREMENTS:
- A landing page with clear value proposition and CTA
- Working signup/login with sessions
- One core feature working end to end with real data
- User dashboard showing their own data only
- Plan/upgrade surface ready for billing
- Responsive on mobile

CONSTRAINTS:
- One core feature done properly beats five half-features
- No fake data in the dashboard
- Do not defer error/loading states to 'later'

DEFINITION OF DONE:
- A new visitor can understand the product in 10 seconds on the landing page
- A user can sign up and reach the dashboard
- The core feature works end to end and persists data
- Users only ever see their own data
- The app works on a phone screen

COMMON FAILURES TO AVOID:
- Five shallow features instead of one working one
- A dashboard of hardcoded demo data
- Auth that loses the session on refresh
- Data leaking across users because queries do not filter by owner
