PROJECT CONTEXT:
I am building a website for a local service business (salon, repair, cleaning, tutoring) that needs to win bookings.

GOAL:
Ship a local service site: clear services/pricing, trust signals, a booking request flow that persists, and contact basics.

REQUIREMENTS:
- A homepage answering what/where/how-to-book instantly
- A services page with real offerings and prices
- A booking/request form that persists submissions
- Trust elements: reviews area, service area, photos plan
- Contact info, hours, and map/location presence

CONSTRAINTS:
- Booking requests must be stored and retrievable - not mailto
- Real business info everywhere - no placeholder hours or addresses
- Mobile-first: most local traffic is on phones

DEFINITION OF DONE:
- A visitor can find services, prices, and book in under a minute
- Booking submissions persist and are viewable by the owner
- Business info (hours, area, contact) is complete and consistent
- The site works excellently on mobile

COMMON FAILURES TO AVOID:
- A booking form that emails nowhere and stores nothing
- Placeholder hours/phone shipped live
- Services listed without prices, forcing a call
- Desktop-only layouts for a phone-first audience
